Additional settlement agreement fee becomes due
This settlement fee is determined by the German code of lawyers' fees (RVG).
According to # 1000 of the remuneration schedule, a lawyer receives additionally a 1.5 legal fee for
- negotiation,
- drafting and/or
- settling a legal dispute out of court.
If there is already a proceeding pending, this settlement fee will be reduced to to a rate of 1.0.
