Legal Action ("Klage") - Classical court proceedings

If the matter is likely to become defended, a lawsuit is necessary, which usually takes much longer and involves much higher costs. If payment is still not forthcoming, the next step is to start court proceedings by issuing a claim form (Klage) at court.

As soon as the opponent files an objection against this demand-for-payment, or in case there will directly filed for court action, the client must substantiate the claim by means of a detailed request for action ("Klageschrift"). Proceedings in this case have to be commenced by presenting a detailed petition.
